The following is a message to my friend with lots of details and seeing as I'm lazy I can't be bothered to rewrite it... xDD
In the morning I got on the train with my okaasan and we met a few girls with the same uniform and so we chatted to them and found out they were 2nd years who were going to Australia and New Zealand for a year and so that was the first and last day of seeing them!!!
So they showed me round the school and then I went to the teachers lounge for my speech and then went into a classroom with 20 other girls who were going to New Zealand :D And I 'chatted' to them.....
And then we went and sat in the gym for the opening ceremony and had a practice thing first....
I had to do a speech infront of all the teachers and then the whole school and parents and everything and then a third one for my class... :)
I wonder if I'll ever get used to people staring at me and saying 'kawaiii' ALL THE TIME!!!! xD (kawaii means cute btw)
And so we had the opening ceremony and there was a school choir and it sounded so beautiful!!!! It was all in japanese soo I didn't understand much... and at the end I did my speech xD
After that... we had homeroom! I met all of my classmates :D I don't remember any names apart from one girl I exchanged phone numbers with... xD
I didn't understand what my neighbour said when she introduced herself! >.< Taihen!!!!!!
And so yeh after homeroom we took a class photo outside with beautiful trees in the background! And people kept asking if they could take a picture with me!! Abou 5 times I got asked!! I didn't even know most of them xD And people kept talking to me and saying good luck and stuff.. :D It was nice ^-^

Today I bought a bike! It's blue :D
And we walked the dog LoveChan, me and Yuukun on our bikes and okaasan by foot :)
It was nice and warm and reaaally pretty!! ^-^
Tomorrow I'm getting up early to take the train that goes to my school with both of them, just to see what it's like (If it's busy and hard to stay standing..) And then on Thursday I meet the teachers and get my uniform and on friday we have the first day of school!!! 'O'

Random happenings... :D
So..none of this is gonna be in chronological order coz I often forget things and add them later so please bare with me! ;D
So I took the plane on the 19th at 13:00 at zurich airport and didn't sleep AT ALL!! We got to Narita airport at about 7 in the morning Japan time on the 20th.
We had 4 days of orientation with YFU returnees in Tokyo. There were 62 other exchange students. :D
Then on the 24th I took the shinkansen with 10 others and got off at Nagoya station where my host family met me! It was so sweet they had made a sign with my name and it was really cute! :D
We ate at a chinese restaurant and I ate SO MUCH!! 'O' It was really good though haha! ^-^
Then.. we drove home, I unpacked everything... and then sent an email to my parents. :)
And since then I've watched a lot of TV in japanese so I haven't understood much...especially the comedy shows!! O.o And there was one show with Osaka-ben; a dialect that's impossible to understand!!
I've done my bank account, alien card application, been to the hyakuen shop, Yuukuns judo practice and also his calligraphy class!! We wrote sakura with chinese ink! ^-^
And then because I've got a cough and a fever, yesterday I stayed in bed and today I went and got my KEITAI! :D (cell phone) It's purple!!! ^-^ I was gonna get a prepaid one from Softbank but just before paying I found out that 1 card only lasts 2 months and then you have to buy a new one... ^^' I really didn't want to have to go back and buy 5!! So we went to NTTdocomo and I got a contract phone..... which is cool coz it means that texts to docomo, softbank, au etc.. are free!!! :D :D hehe
Problem is..I bought this cell phone today..and it's already been chewed by LoveChan! ^^' Cheeky little devil xD
I've sent loads of texts to Hanako, my friend from Kenya, already!! it was so nice to talk to her again!! And we're meeting up at Nagoya on the 1st of April yaaaayy ^-^
What else.... oh yeh today I played on the wii with Yuukun and okaasan and we also played cards! :D And watched naruto shippuden :DDD
At the orientation I ate A LOT of traditional japanese food and since I've been in the host family quite a lot less but still some.. :D Which is kinda normal if you think about it haha! ^-^
Anyway it's late so I'm gonna finish here and go to sleep!! :) oyasumiiiii <3

Birthday
Today is the birthday of a person who's very special to me and sadly I can't be by her side to wish her happy birthday coz she's maaaaaaany miles away!!!!
